FP&A Manager

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an FP&A Manager to play a key role in annual business planning, quarterly reforecasting, and monthly mid-month projections. The role is responsible for OPEX/cost optimization and identifying profit & performance improvement opportunities supported by a strategic action plan with a measurable financial impact.

Requirements

• Perform annual business plan (budget), and re-forecasting (mid-month / quarterly rolling forecasts) exercises.
• Manage operating expenses and optimize expenses by leveraging CPU framework.
• Perform month-end closing and produce detailed managerial reporting which includes financial and operational data.
• Lead and/or support the financial evaluation of new projects and initiatives.
• Identify profit & performance improvement opportunities with a measurable financial impact.
