Role Overview
As Sales Director, you will drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across the Americas, with a focus on accelerating business development and expanding our presence on the U.S. West Coast. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who thrives on building strategic relationships, opening new markets, and delivering revenue growth within the cross-border payments industry.
What You Will Do
Drive business development and sales growth across key U.S. West Coast markets, identify new revenue opportunities, build strategic relationships with prospective clients and partners, and manage client relationships.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will have a strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience, and at least 5 years of experience and a track record in the payment industry, preferably cross-border payments. You will also have proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role in the Americas Region – USA, Canada, Latin America.

- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with professional working proficiency in Spanish
