Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our Customer Business Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver sales strategies for new products and propositions across a range of sales channels, including digital, telesales and face-to-face. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, improving customer acquisition and helping ScottishPower deliver innovative solutions that create long-term value for customers and the business.

What You Will Do

You’ll support the development and delivery of sales strategies that drive ambitious growth targets across multiple channels. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help launch new products and propositions, ensuring sales processes, controls and customer journeys are designed for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Strong sales, commercial and business development experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience engaging, influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies
