The Sales Director is a visionary leader responsible for driving membership and business growth through agent and agency recruitment, career partnerships, market development, and community engagement.

Build a year-round sales and recruitment strategy, establish relationships with key partners, train agents on products and services, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Three (3) + years of experience in the healthcare or Medicare industry
  • Proven track record of managing insurance agents, agency relationships, and driving business growth
  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Bilingual in English/ and Spanish
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to effectively present ACA, Medicare, Life, and Ancillary insurance products
