The Sales Director is a visionary leader responsible for driving membership and business growth through agent and agency recruitment, career partnerships, market development, and community engagement.
What You Will Do
Build a year-round sales and recruitment strategy, establish relationships with key partners, train agents on products and services, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.

Requirements
- Three (3) + years of experience in the healthcare or Medicare industry
- Proven track record of managing insurance agents, agency relationships, and driving business growth
- Active Health Insurance License
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively present ACA, Medicare, Life, and Ancillary insurance products
