The Marketing Lead – Germany will build and own ICEYE’s German brand and go-to-market presence, creating a narrative, translating complex technology into persuasive stories, running GTM programs, managing agencies and events, and ensuring local activity is tightly aligned with ICEYE’s central marketing and global brand and local government affairs and operations.
Requirements
- Located and based in Berlin
- 6+ years’ marketing experience, with at least 3+ years owning B2B technology/defence/space/AI marketing or product marketing in high-complexity technical sectors
- Deep fluency in AI concepts and the ability to position AI-enabled products credibly for technical and executive audiences
- Proven experience in go-to-market planning and execution (launches, demand generation, sales enablement)
- Strong storytelling and narrative skills: able to craft messages for technical decision-makers, procurement, and public audiences
- Hands-on design appreciation and capability to produce or direct high-quality creative assets (presentations, decks, visual storytelling)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Experience managing agencies (PR, design, lobbying) and external stakeholders
- Data-driven: experience with marketing analytics, pipeline reporting and KPIs to demonstrate ROI
- Self-starter and operator: able to set priorities, execute independently, and build processes from scratch while working cross-functionally
