GTM Systems Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented people leader to manage GTM systems execution and Salesforce administration. In this role, you will ensure our technology stack is stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs across Sales, Marketing, Services, and RevOps. You will lead system configuration, automation, and support processes; manage day-to-day intake and prioritization; and drive efficient task allocation across a global team. You will maintain strong documentation, change governance, and cross-functional alignment while optimizing integrated tools such as Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Clari. This role requires close collaboration across U.S. and India-based teams, as well as a forward-looking mindset to explore AI-driven automation and system enhancements to keep our GTM operations future-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee GTM Systems Execution and Salesforce Administration – Ensure the operational stability, scalability, and effectiveness of GTM systems, with Salesforce at the center. Lead configuration, automation, and administrative workstreams, evolving the platform to match business needs. Partner with stakeholders across RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Services to align technology capabilities with GTM strategy.
  • Lead Case Intake and Support Resolution Processes – Manage the day-to-day intake queue, overseeing all support cases and enhancement requests. Drive prioritization, assignment, and closure of issues while meeting SLAs and keeping stakeholders informed. Maintain triage routines, escalation paths, and internal communications frameworks to ensure urgency and discipline.
  • Maximize Team Productivity Through Work Allocation and Coaching – Direct task delegation within the GTM Systems team, leveraging individual strengths and addressing growth areas. Remove blockers, enable efficient delivery of scalable solutions, and foster continuous skill development.
  • Ensure Robust Documentation and Governance of System Changes – Enforce structured release management and change control practices. Maintain version control, sandbox testing protocols, deployment logs, and post-implementation validation. Collaborate with Data Governance and Enterprise Systems stakeholders to align with policies and audit readiness requirements.
  • Drive Operational Excellence Across GTM Tech Stack – Oversee or collaborate on the management of integrated GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Clari. Identify system gaps and inefficiencies, delivering high-impact improvements. Evaluate and pilot new technologies that support scalability and automation.
  • Collaborate Across Geographies and Functions – Coordinate across U.S. and India-based teams with 50% overlap with EST hours. Ensure clear handoffs, closed feedback loops, and alignment on global system priorities.
  • Champion AI-Driven GTM Systems Optimization – Stay informed on AI-enabled systems administration advancements. Explore AI opportunities for support triage, duplicate detection, intelligent routing, and performance insights, working with enterprise technology partners to ensure systems remain modern and future-ready.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience supporting or administering Salesforce in an enterprise or high-growth SaaS environment
  • 4+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical Salesforce or GTM systems teams
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin) preferred
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce case queues and delivering configuration/enhancement projects
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers/workflows
  • Experience with integrated GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Clari
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholders and operate across time zones, with 50% EST overlap required
  • Experience with or exposure to AI-enabled capabilities in Salesforce or GTM workflows strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex technical topics clearly
