ICON is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their Titan Platform Sales team. This role focuses on building and maintaining sales processes, including systems, data, dashboards, and discipline. The successful candidate will be proactive in removing friction for the sales team and ensure consistent visibility into pipeline, performance, and revenue. The role requires a forward thinker with experience building commercial engines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to build forecasting processes and reporting cadence from scratch.
  • Deep comfort working with data – cleaning, analyzing, and communicating it clearly.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel.
