Responsibilities

• Assist & support the sales team in generating quotes based on the contract/order form document
• Ensure the quotes created adhere to business process & policies
• Handle & manage more complex and complicated order processing captured by sales
• Act as a bridge between the sales & finance teams to facilitate smooth operations
• Coordinate with the sales order processing team to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively gathering feedback from sales representatives and key stakeholders, transforming insights into strategic optimization opportunities
• Generate reports and provide feedback to higher management

Skills And Experience

• 1-3 years of progressive experience in sales support, sales operations, or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline sales processes and generate actionable insights
