Role Overview
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Partner to drive operational excellence, provide strategic insight, and enable high-performing commercial teams. The role involves partnering with Sales and Revenue leaders to provide operational support and strategic insights that drive business performance.
What You Will Do
Analyse pipeline health and sales performance, support forecasting cycles, maintain forecast accuracy, and collaborate with commercial teams to improve processes.

Requirements
- Experience within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business support function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations
- Confident building relationships and partnering with a range of stakeholders across commercial teams
- Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, and reporting or business intelligence tools
- Good understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics
- Able to balance attention to detail with a broader commercial mindset
- Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for improving processes and delivering positive business outcomes
