You will have support from a very small but highly effective team

across product, marketing, and engineering. This is not a solo role, but it does require ownership and independent judgment.

Why this role exists

Legacyleap is not an early-stage idea. It is a GenAI companion platform already used in real enterprise modernization programs, with real customers, real partners, and real credibility.

What we don’t want is “more content” or “better branding.”

What we do want is someone who can take:

  • a year of deep enterprise conversations
  • real modernization projects across regulated environments
  • sharp positioning clarity we’ve earned the hard way
  • a technically differentiated product narrative

and engineer all of that into revenue-producing GTM systems.

This role exists to turn context into pipeline.

What you will actually do

This is a builder role, not a coordinator role.

You will:

  • Translate Legacyleap’s technical depth (GenAI-driven modernization, agents, deterministic conversion, functional parity assurance) into clear, repeatable GTM narratives that enterprise buyers understand.
  • Design and run hard GTM campaigns across outbound, content, partnerships, and founder-led distribution – with one goal: revenue.
  • Work directly with founders, sales, and partners to shape ICP-specific plays (CIOs, app modernization leaders, PE ops teams, enterprise architects).
  • Turn customer conversations, deal objections, partner feedback, and live sales calls into campaign inputs, not anecdotes.

Engineer positioning, messaging, and proof into:

  • outbound sequences
  • landing pages
  • partner co-sell assets
  • sales enablement
  • webinars, podcasts, and POV content
  • Continuously tighten the loop between signal → message → campaign → pipeline → learning.
  • Decide what not to do. Kill fluff ruthlessly.

This role owns clarity, conversion, and compounding GTM leverage.

What this role is not

  • Not a social media manager
  • Not a brand marketer
  • Not a demand gen generalist chasing vanity metrics
  • Not someone who needs weeks of onboarding to “understand the product”

If you need guardrails, checklists, or permission to act, this is the wrong role.

What “good” looks like in this role

Within 90 days, you should be able to:

  • Articulate Legacyleap’s positioning better than most people in the company.
  • Independently spin up campaigns that sales actually wants to run.
  • Create GTM assets that directly support live deals.
  • Build at least 1–2 repeatable revenue plays tied to:
    • a specific ICP
    • a specific pain
    • a specific buying trigger
  • Say, with evidence, what is working, what is noise, and what to double down on.

Who you are

We’re looking for a context beast.

You likely have:

  • Experience working in or alongside deep-tech, enterprise SaaS, or platform businesses.
  • Strong intuition for how technical products are bought, not just how they’re marketed.

Comfort operating at the intersection of:

  • product
  • sales
  • engineering
  • GTM
  • The ability to absorb messy, high-signal information and synthesize it into clear, sharp positioning.
  • Bias toward execution. You ship, test, learn, and refine.
  • Obsession with outcomes, especially revenue.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked on AI, data, developer platforms, or modernization initiatives.
  • Understand why most “GenAI marketing” sounds the same — and actively avoid it.
  • Think in systems, not campaigns.

Metrics you will be judged on

This role has one north star: revenue impact.

That shows up as:

  • pipeline influenced
  • conversion rates across GTM motions
  • quality of inbound and outbound conversations
  • deal acceleration and clarity
  • partner-sourced opportunities

Impressions, likes, and generic engagement don’t matter here unless they move deals.
