We are looking for a seasoned target-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to build and manage a healthy B2B sales pipeline, close high-value deals for Idyaite’s AI-powered solutions and expand Idyaite’s footprint in the Retail and FinTech sectors.
Requirements
- Champion Idyaite’s value proposition, bespoke AI solutions, and proprietary AI models to enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, solution demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Target and close large engagements, including enterprise contracts, channel partnerships, and multi-year implementation projects.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and pilot programs to accelerate market adoption and growth.
- Expand business across South-East Asia, Australia, and Europe, leveraging existing networks and building new strategic relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and translate insights into product roadmap and go-to-market recommendations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs, including new revenue, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and win rate.
