Senior Customer Success Manager – Energy & Utilities

Senior Customer Success Manager position for a large customer within the Energy, Utilities and Resources industry, in France. The role involves streamlining customer interaction, partnering with senior customer decision makers, and driving customer success through value realization and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Streamline the interaction between the customer and IFS
  • Be the Voice of the customer (VoC)
  • Partnering with the core account team or the Lifetime Value team
  • Profound knowledge of the Global Customer Services Portfolio
  • Engaging and strengthening relationships with key customer decision makers
  • Ownership of and accountability for the end to end delivery plan
  • Identify and drive new sales opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact in the customer success management team
  • Establish regular cadence with customers
  • Be able to develop and provide business reviews with C-level executives
