Role Overview
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will lead business development and sales activities to drive growth in North America, focusing on key industries. You will collaborate with Ultimo’s European headquarters and our extensive Ecosystem. The ideal candidate has significant experience as a subject matter expert in enterprise asset management and can conduct client-facing peer-to-peer discussions, provide guidance to local sales teams, and collaborate with field legal teams during contract negotiations.
What You Will Do
Manage business development and sales activities, gain access to decision-makers, implement sales and partnership business models, create and maintain strategic relations with business partners, and maintain a comprehensive lead, opportunity, and contact pipeline in the CRM system.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field experience
- Experience in client-facing or internal consulting in a senior advisory capacity
- Knowledge in and experience with Asset & Facility Management industry regulations/standards and compliance frameworks
- Understanding and application of successful sales methodologies
- Fluent English
