Agency Growth Manager

At IHC Specialty Benefits, the Agency Growth Manager is the face of our distribution organization in the field. This role is built for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and helping producers find the right solutions for their clients.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in health insurance sales, broker distribution, or field-based business development.
• Demonstrated track record of new business development and producer or client acquisition — this role requires a hunter mentality.
• Previous experience working with and presenting a variety of health plan types and insurance products, including individual health, small group, self-funded, short-term medical, and ancillary benefits.
