As Inside Sales Account Manager at Illumina, you will be responsible for implementing a strategy to develop existing accounts and source new ones, working together with Field Sales and your Inside Sales Manager to maximise revenue on your territory. You will have ownership of inside sales across part of the region and take responsibility for building good relationships with customers, establishing you as a trusted partner.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian required (Spanish and/or Greek considered a plus)
- Knowledge of Genetic analysis techniques (PCR / NGS / Sanger etc)
- Able to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills – articulate and quick thinking
- Team goal oriented with a focus on achieving team sales performance metrics
- Detail-oriented and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
- Proven successful sales experience with a technical product line a plus but other sales experience would be considered
