Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider looking for a Customer Success Manager with strong experience in Oracle solutions to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and usage of Oracle solutions (Cloud, ERP, HCM, CX, etc.).
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Support) to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support.
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Track and report on KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention, and product usage.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
