As Engagement Marketing Manager at Imagine Pediatrics you will partner with our Vice President, Patient Engagement to design and execute a direct-to-patient and direct-to-provider marketing strategy that enables and supports patient enrollment. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about building effective, impactful campaigns and driving automation and scale as the business grows.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Partner effectively cross-functionally, with Patient Engagement & Network Development teams, to understand needs, challenges, and areas where marketing can support.
- Collaborate with Vice President, Patient Engagement to:
- Build & execute multi-channel engagement marketing campaigns that include SMS, email, direct mail, and addressable advertising.
- Develop & execute a social media strategy.
- Perform consumer research.
- Lead content creation efforts for patient and provider audiences, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, SMS messages, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Support with selection of marketing technology and vendors, including a marketing automation platform, customer data platform, and/or call tracking platform.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance data & reporting; regularly report out on campaign performance.
