We are looking for a Head of Field Marketing to lead our Americas markets and build a high-performing regional team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience and a strong background in field marketing, ABM, partner/channel marketing, and event management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong background in field marketing, ABM, partner/channel marketing, and event management
- Proven track record of delivering and accelerating pipeline through regional marketing
- Experience building and executing geo-specific marketing plans in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third parties
- Experience managing and influencing a marketing budget that delivers impact and ROI
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage sales leadership at a business level — translating business challenges into marketing strategies rather than leading with tactics
- Proven ability to build and leverage data-driven reporting frameworks that inform decision making, track performance, and communicate marketing’s contribution to the business
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities across regions simultaneously
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence sales and partner leaders
