We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive the efficiency, alignment, and execution of the product lifecycle at iManage. The role requires a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency, alignment, and execution of the product lifecycle, leading and partnering on product launches, owning the enhancement request and feedback management process, and designing and documenting scalable operational frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management or a related operational role within a product-led organization
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or a related technical field
- Experience leading operational initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions
- Proficiency working with Python (or similar scripting tools), SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience building or improving operational processes, frameworks, and documentation that support scalable product development
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative sources
- Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strategically, and holistically across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership
- An ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable frameworks
- Curiosity and comfort experimenting with automation, scripting, or AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and workflows
