Sales Operations Analyst

iManage is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. The role focuses on providing actionable insights to drive revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy for GTM organizations. This position requires a data-driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives at the intersection of sales, analytics, and systems, and enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets experience
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and pipeline coverage
  • Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) and enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Demandbase, LeanData)
  • Understanding of data flow, ETL processes, APIs, and data warehouses (Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, etc.)
