iMentor is seeking a Director of Corporate Partnerships to build and manage a growing portfolio of corporate funders, securing and growing corporate philanthropic investment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on corporate partnerships, institutional giving, or related areas.
- Proven success managing a portfolio and meeting revenue goals in the $2–3 million range.
- Experience securing and managing corporate gifts, grants, or sponsorships in the $50,000 – $500,000 range.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to manage both fundraising and partner engagement/benefits fulfillment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and report development.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with grants management, funder reporting, and cross-functional project coordination.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative and building new opportunities.
- Collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
