We are looking for a Business Development Representative BDR in Colombia with 2 to 5 years of experience and fluent English to support the commercial expansion of a SaaS ERP solution.
Requirements
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, business development, or similar commercial roles.
- Experience selling or prospecting SaaS solutions, technology, financial software, ERP, accounting, fintech, or complex B2B products.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak with executive profiles such as CFOs, founders, controllers, and operations leaders.
- Commercial mindset, results-oriented, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to quickly learn about technological products and financial processes.
- Good handling of tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, Google Workspace, or similar.
- Previous experience in selling ERP, accounting software, SaaS financial, or solutions for finance teams.
- Basic knowledge of processes such as accounting closing, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, or integrations.
- Experience working with US, Canadian, or LATAM markets.
