Immuta is seeking a Director of Growth Operations to drive performance and efficiency of their Growth organization. This role will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing analytics, and strengthening alignment across teams. The position involves leading the Sales Development team, designing and managing reporting frameworks, and evaluating data-driven tools to improve operational performance. Immuta is a leading cloud data security company with a fast-growing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development (BDR/SDR) or Inside Sales
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics or Growth Operations
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Proven experience in reporting and data analysis with AI/advanced analytics tools
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce, GTM technologies, and ChatGPT/Gemini
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation software
