The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse portfolio of company events, including major tradeshows, industry conferences, customer-facing VIP experiences, and the annual internal marketing team offsite. The core objective is to ensure all events run seamlessly and achieve their defined business goals.
Requirements
- Meeting with internal stakeholders to collaborate on event needs, goals, and success metrics.
- Developing comprehensive and organized event plans, including timelines, schedules, and task assignments.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Overseeing day-of event management and coordination.
- Creating and managing the event budget.
- Conducting analysis after the event to assess its success, gather attendee and stakeholder feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
