Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our growing team (70+ team members) and help us make a difference in the restaurant industry!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help us build the foundation for our future Revenue Operations team.
  • Review & improve current processes that generate business metrics.
  • Refine & develop KPIs & metrics for for the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance teams, and the organization as a whole.
  • Review the organization of business data, find opportunities for improvement and recommend and drive organizational change.
  • Assist with quarterly & annual financial planning activities including collecting, cleaning & enriching data
  • Audit monthly KPIs & metrics and present insights to key stakeholders.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a Series Seed / A / B SaaS startup
  • 2-3 years’ experience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams
  • Robust understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot Marketing, including building and managing reports & dashboards.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • The ability and desire to play a key role in our growing startup!
