What you’ll be doing:
- Help us build the foundation for our future Revenue Operations team.
- Review & improve current processes that generate business metrics.
- Refine & develop KPIs & metrics for for the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance teams, and the organization as a whole.
- Review the organization of business data, find opportunities for improvement and recommend and drive organizational change.
- Assist with quarterly & annual financial planning activities including collecting, cleaning & enriching data
- Audit monthly KPIs & metrics and present insights to key stakeholders.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Series Seed / A / B SaaS startup
- 2-3 years’ experience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams
- Robust understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot Marketing, including building and managing reports & dashboards.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- The ability and desire to play a key role in our growing startup!
