Requirements

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent business acumen and commercial mindset
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and business units
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, BI tools)
• Leadership and people management capability
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or commercial finance roles
• Proven experience in the automotive industry or multi-brand / distribution-based businesses
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational functions.
