Role Overview
This is a Founder’s Office role working directly with the leadership team on growth, brand, and go-to-market execution. You’ll experiment, build, and hustle — driving awareness, adoption, and revenue through creative, data-backed initiatives.
This is an investment role with a 70:30 structure (fixed : performance), with uncapped rewards for those who move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale Incresco’s brand presence across digital channels (LinkedIn, X, and communities)
- Optimize marketing websites
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for Flinkk — from campaigns to partnerships
- Identify and onboard early customers, collaborators, and strategic partners
- Launch experiments that convert visibility into measurable traction — leads, sign-ups, or revenue
- Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to roll out updates and campaigns
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for higher impact
- Represent Incresco + Flinkk in conversations, communities, and partnerships that matter
