Senior Lead Financial Analyst – Inventory

We are seeking a high-caliber, experienced financial professional with a strong foundation in accounting, inventory, and asset management, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to engage confidently across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of relevant financial, accounting, or operational analysis experience
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting accounting processes within a complex organization
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, asset tracking, and liability management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Power Query experience strongly preferred)
• Experience working with complex, multi-source data sets
• Experience with relational databases or financial/operational modeling preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
