We are looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to drive Indie Campers’ growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role involves acquiring new hosts, ensuring successful onboarding, and managing ongoing relationships to maximize host engagement, retention, and performance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or partner success
- Proven success in acquiring and managing B2C or B2B partnerships, particularly in the DACH region
- Native or fluent German speaker, with strong English proficiency
- Strong commercial drive with experience managing pipelines and closing deals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and performance reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to act on KPIs and optimize processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership of regional goals
