Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – infanttech

infanttech is transforming the baby-tech landscape with patented, award-winning solutions designed for home, car, and on-the-go. Our flagship product—the zooby® baby monitor—has already saved lives, empowered over 50,000 families, and generated over $8 million in lifetime revenue. We’re now seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategy across retail and new partnerships, prior to a CEO and seed funding round.

Position Overview:

As CRO of infanttech, you will own the strategy and execution of revenue growth across all channels. You’ll work closely with our CEO and leadership team to turn our powerful mission—supporting families through intuitive baby-tech—into measurable success, expanding our impact across the $46B U.S. baby products market.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Brand & Mission: Embed our values—safety, innovation, and empowerment—into every aspect of our go-to-market strategy.
  • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a scalable revenue plan that drives customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across retail and strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage Industry Relationships: Bring existing connections in infant products and big-box retail to accelerate expansion and market penetration.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure licensing, B2B, hospital, and enterprise partnerships that unlock new use cases and revenue opportunities.
  • Build & Lead a Team: Assemble and lead a revenue-first team across sales, digital marketing, distribution, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Public Presence & Thought Leadership: Represent infanttech at trade shows, media opportunities, investor presentations, and parenting communities.
  • Track, Report, and Exceed Targets: Define, monitor, and exceed key revenue KPIs to ensure infanttech’s category leadership in baby safety and monitoring.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success as a CRO, VP of Sales, or senior leader at a fast-scaling consumer brand or baby-tech/health product company.
  • Strong history of driving 8-figure revenue growth through multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Deep relationships with retail buyers, e-commerce platforms, or healthcare partners.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passionate about parenting solutions and motivated by real-world impact.
  • Experience in scaling early-stage consumer brands and navigating investor conversations is a plus.

Compensation:

  • A competitive starting salary of $150,000-$250,000 upon initial funding or new revenue, plus a variable performance-based bonus structure, starting with a generous commission-only structure immediately. This structure is designed to reward those with a higher reward for lower base salaries.
