We are looking for an Account Head – Growth for our South India Region. As an Account Head, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with assigned clients, ensuring overall customer health and growth, and meeting quarterly KPIs. You will work closely with internal teams to best serve customers and analyze client traffic to minimize losses and maximize GP/revenue.
Requirements
- Build and maintain trusted relationship with assigned (Tier1) clients
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients
- Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business
- Analyze and forecast client’s traffic to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue
