Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Business, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and Strategy Consulting (with transaction exposure)
- Full proficiency in English and either French or Arabic
- Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen
- Ability to connect market insights with investment decisions
- Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure in high-stakes environments
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
