- Are you open to new things and keen to grow into a versatile key position? Then you will quickly become the central hub for sales, marketing and all other teams dealing with quality leads. Because with you, the threads come together when it comes to turning prospects into customers and customers into fans at INFOMOTION.
- Your playing field: the central marketing lead process in MS Dynamics CRM, which you continuously develop; you ensure clean handovers and control lead qualification – so no opportunity is missed.
- With creative initiatives and data-driven insights, you succeed in increasing the conversion rate and raising lead acceptance in sales.
- You actively monitor trends around AI-supported marketing solutions, test new AI tools for lead optimization and bring innovative ideas on how artificial intelligence can make our processes smarter and more efficient. You bring order, structure and intelligence to the data world, think beyond silos and thus create the basis for better decisions.
- As a reliable partner to sales, you support reporting, training and support, prepare documents clearly and ensure that knowledge is shared. At the same time, you identify process and quality problems early and initiate appropriate measures to keep everything running smoothly.
- And because you don’t just administer but actively shape, you actively contribute to the further development of our lead and data strategy – thus turning marketing and sales data into real business impact.
What Qualifies You
- Completed commercial training or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus, Communication Science, Online Marketing, Marketing & Media Management or comparable qualification
- Sound understanding of the B2B customer journey across marketing and sales processes
- Several years of experience in corresponding projects, combined with top knowledge in MS Dynamics (Customer Insights, CRM), lead generation and nurturing
- Very good practical knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM solutions and analytics/Power BI, preferably also know-how in Power Automate
- Experience working with AI-supported tools in marketing and sales environments, as well as curiosity to actively test and integrate new technologies
- Oral and written communication skills in German and English
- A professionally presented, cooperative team player who thinks very analytically, conceptually and process-oriented, works independently and looks forward to fresh impulses
