Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Executive, you are the link between sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders. You ensure smooth processes throughout the entire sales cycle – from offer creation to support in tenders.
- Accompany the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, customer inquiries, and offer creation to coordination of tenders and customer-specific project adaptations
- Support the sales team with reporting, automation, and process optimization
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to support targeted customer approach for new products and features
- Develop presentations, success stories, and sales materials
- Analyze sales data and support data-driven decisions
- Develop initiatives to improve accuracy and consistency in sales planning and strategy
- Maintain and optimize CRM/ERP systems
- Monitor customer touchpoints and support status
- Support regional planning, including segmentation and territory distribution
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration or related field
- Multiple years of experience in solution-oriented sales or sales operations
- Proven success in managing sales performance and process optimization
- Experience in reporting and operational planning
- Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
