Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally with leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of the Enterprise Solutions market (Cisco, HPE, Cloud/Software…)
• Strong in Cross-Channel Marketing, Campaign Management, and data-driven work
• Familiar with Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, Copilot, Demandbase, PowerBI
• Fluent in German and English
• Personality: structured, clear, solution-oriented – also under pressure
