Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leadership to design, develop and implement sales incentive compensation programs
- Collaborate with Human Resources/Total Rewards to ensure sales compensation plans are aligned with company strategy
- Analyze financial impact of sales incentive programs
- Implement and maintain audit processes in Salesforce.com
- Manage Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system
- Build incentive compensation dashboards and reports
Requirements
- Experience implementing incentive compensation management systems
- Change management expertise
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting to senior executives
- Excellent communication skills
