Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to design, develop and implement sales incentive compensation programs
  • Collaborate with Human Resources/Total Rewards to ensure sales compensation plans are aligned with company strategy
  • Analyze financial impact of sales incentive programs
  • Implement and maintain audit processes in Salesforce.com
  • Manage Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system
  • Build incentive compensation dashboards and reports

Requirements

  • Experience implementing incentive compensation management systems
  • Change management expertise
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience presenting to senior executives
  • Excellent communication skills
