The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving aftermarket service sales and managing the installed base of Waukesha gas engines within the assigned region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or service management, preferably in industrial engines, power generation, or related services.
- Strong technical understanding of gas engines, with preference for experience with Waukesha products.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret installed base data.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
