Innovative Systems/FinScan®a fast-growing, leading global provider of SaaS and on-premise software data management and risk and compliance solutions is expanding our revenue operations team to help our sales executives continue to drive net new sales revenues in markets across the world.

Our ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales operations or revenue support role. They love to use tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to name a few, to analyze data and report on various business trends to develop optimal processes and procedures that assist the sales teams’ to continue to exceed their targets. Location: World Headquarters located in Pittsburgh, PA with a flexible hybrid work model. Remote work option may be available for candidates living in the Atlanta, GA area.

What You’ll Do

  •  Working with Team Lead to ensure quarterly objectives are met
  •  Manage and analyze revenue data (history, metrics, customer spend, support dates, etc.)
  •  Monitor, analyze and report on usage of internal tools
  •  Assist with implementation and enhancement revenue operating models and dashboards
  •  Assist with monthly revenue reporting back to the business
  •  Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Professional Services to improve departmental reporting and processes
  •  Improve processes around leads and follow up, sales cycle, full-funnel nurture
  •  Drive insights and strategy through regular and ad hoc reporting and dashboarding within (SFDC), Salesforce Analytics, Excel, Power BI
  •  Continuously work to improve usability of our Salesforce instance for all revenue teams
  •  Provide day-to-day SFDC support to the EMEA sales team, including demonstrating sales processes and answering SFDC related questions

What You’ll Bring

  • 1 -2 years experience in a similar role, ideally with sale operations/revenue support experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication and listening skills
  • Thrives as a team player, but also independently as a self-starter
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Strong detail-oriented organizational, project and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Power BI (or similar), and aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Experience with
  • An understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success platforms, systems, and processes
  • Undergraduate degree
