Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2 years of experience in presales, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM. The role involves contacting existing software users, qualifying prospects, and assisting account managers in scheduling customer meetings.

Requirements

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Have 2 years of experience in presales
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Have experience using a CRM
• Possess great communication skills (written/spoken)
• Possess a good level of English (written/spoken)
• Conducts tasks in a structured and organized manner
• Show great capacity at prioritizing tasks and following procedures
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Be endowed with good judgment and sales acumen
