Associate Director, Sales Operations

The Associate Director, Sales Operations will drive the contract-to-cash engine behind Executive Education in the GCC, leading contract governance, streamlining processes, and advancing data quality. The role requires strong commercial judgement, credibility, and experience in sales operations, contract management, and revenue operations. Proficiency in Salesforce and ERP/finance systems is also required.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in accounting, commercial sales operations, contract management, procurement, or revenue operations
• 2-3 years of experience operating at a senior or lead IC level, working with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Arabic language
