The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives by making several calls per day, using forecasting tools, and building relationships with Infor’s installed accounts.
Requirements
- Build a territory mapping and account planning on the key accounts
- Execute on it through programmatic campaigns or any other strategic approach
- Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts
- Learn and present the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions
- Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments
- Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems
- Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager
- Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews
- Actively participate in the Team Culture
- Background selling or positioning software
- Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles
- High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
- Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
