Key Objective
- Enable predictable orders and revenue growth through best-in-class sales operations practices, territory insights and performance analytics
- Improve sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and process efficiency through adoption and utilization of our business systems
- Ensure disciplined execution of sales strategies through data, systems, and insights
- Develop incentive plans to drive sales behaviors aligned to company goals
Core Responsibilities
- Own sales operational workflows including quoting, pricing approvals, contracting, forecasting, opportunity management and associated reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting for sales performance and pipeline health and performance KPI’s
- Support CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and system optimization
- Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Provide analytical support for territory planning and incentive compensation
- Develop training materials and documentation for sales tools and process
- Own Americas order processing workflows and data accuracy
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
- Startup and medical device industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Guided selling tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
