This is a change communications role requiring depth of experience and confidence operating in complex environments. The successful candidate will lead change communications for a large-scale, complex platform transformation and deliver clear, aligned internal and external communications at pace across multiple stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior-level change communications roles, either internal, external or both.
- A strong track record delivering communications for large-scale, complex transformation or technology programs.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging messages.
- Proven experience working at pace, managing multiple streams of work and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders, program teams, Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the confidence to operate within high-profile change initiatives.
