Senior Manager / Associate Director – Product Operations

Instawork is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director – Product Operations to lead the transition to an agent-first ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership, with expertise in Python or TypeScript, AI-native development environments, and LLM APIs. They should have a proven track record in high-frequency marketplaces and demonstrate actual agents or autonomous workflows built.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Experience with AI-native development environments and building with LLM APIs
• Proven track record in high-frequency marketplaces (e.g., Ride-sharing, Food Delivery, Freelance platforms)
• Demonstrated actual agents or autonomous workflows built
