Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Development Executive to support B2B sales and marketing activities for technology-focused clients in the SaaS and ERP sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, building business relationships, supporting email and call-based outreach, assisting marketing efforts, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced international sales environment.

What You Will Do

Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other professional communication channels. Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to support business development activities. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, telemarketing, business development, or a client-facing role will be an advantage. Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, ERP, digital marketing, or technology services will be preferred.

Requirements

  • Passed GCE Advanced Level or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, telemarketing, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, ERP, digital marketing, or technology services
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong telephone, email, and professional communication etiquette
  • Confident personality with the ability to engage customers and build relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals
  • Ability to work during USA shift hours
  • Good computer literacy and ability to work with online tools, email, and internal systems
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-style environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
