We are seeking a highly results-driven and data-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid digital campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for travel packages and holiday experiences.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms with a focus on travel packages
- Drive high-quality inbound inquiries (leads) for holiday packages, ensuring strong conversion potential
- Optimise campaigns continuously to improve cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximise revenue and GP contribution
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, conversion tracking, and revenue alignment
- Develop and test audience segments, creatives, and landing pages specifically for travel offerings (destinations, packages, seasonal campaigns)
- Implement and manage tracking tools (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM parameters) to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, markets, and travel segments
- Stay up to date with travel trends, seasonal demand patterns, and platform algorithm changes
