Requirements
- Analyzing sales revenue and pipeline data
- Implementing automation to existing and new sales reporting
- Performing data analysis when needed
- Managing sales operation process
- Forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations
- Acting as a communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory
- Managing the customer’s supply chain requirements, product demand and the company’s supply strategies
- Determining CRM, other sales enablement, and sales operations system requirements
- Managing sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency
