We are seeking a highly organized and technically strong system and solutions engineer to lead customer co-engineering program, manage and lead customer designs, customer technical issue management and build strategic engagement with Japan OEMs.
Requirements
- Lead Multi-year co-engineering program
- Manage and resolve technical queries/issues on customer design
- Drive root cause analysis, follow-up actions, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with engineering teams for release validation and readiness
- 5+ years of experience in managing customer (preferably Japan OEMs,ODMs, IBVs)
- 5+ Experience in project or program management, preferably in software, firmware, or platform engineering environments
- Good understanding of SOC architecture / Ips
- Strong technical understanding of windows systems, platform ingredients, software pieces / stack
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers or partners (Japan OEM experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
