Job Description
A fast-growing AI-driven SaaS product in the newsletter and creator economy is seeking a Go-to-Market Manager (ESP) to lead user acquisition, market positioning, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. This role is highly hands-on and is ideal for someone who can operate strategically while driving daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy & Partnerships: Test, refine, and scale multi-channel user acquisition strategies (outreach, partnerships, paid, content). Identify and engage high-value leads such as newsletter creators, media micro-brands, and content-driven businesses. Own revenue forecasting and growth metrics.
- ICP Development & Market Positioning: Conduct market segmentation research to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Collaborate with product marketing to craft differentiated messaging, especially highlighting AI-powered capabilities. Continuously track competitors and market shifts to influence product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional GTM Execution: Act as the bridge between Executive, Product, Engineering, and BD teams. Lead coordination of feature launches and ensure complete GTM plans are delivered. Build scalable playbooks, pricing guidance, and objection-handling frameworks for repeatable outbound and partnership motions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or commercial roles in SaaS
- Experience in early-stage environments (Seed–Series B/C, $0–10M ARR)
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a data-driven approach to growth
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution (campaign setup, email copywriting, lead research)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence cross-functional partners
